Since 2013, Meritis has used the Great Place To Work’s expertise to continuously evaluate its organisation and quality of life at work.
This certification process is in line with our commitment to transparency, recognition and understanding our collaborators.
In 2020, our company participated in the 250 to 1000 collaborators companies’ category for the first time and was ranked in France’s top 3!
Great Place To Work applies the same process in different European countries, and Meritis was awarded 11th place in the European ranking.

Third position in the 2020 ranking
Meritis was certified a ‘Great Place To Work’ in 2013 (5th position), 2015 (7th position), and 2017 (1st position) in the 50-500 employee category.
In 2020, our company participated in the 250-1,000 employee category for the first time and was ranked in France’s top three!

When I mentioned a career change to the HR and sales teams, they supported and encouraged me. Meritis was committed to finding a UX design mission for me and two months later, I started the mission of my dreams, which I’m still thriving in today!
Our main quality of life at work approach
Meritis places particular emphasis on being close to its collaborators and providing them with individual support regardless of their position in the company. It does this by listening to them and helping them achieve their professional and personal development goals.

- TRAINING: professional training is a major part of our HR policy. Our target is to train over 75% of our collaborators a year.
- PERSONALISATION: we support our collaborators individually regardless of their role in the company. Our collaborators choose their own missions and training programmes, based on their professional projects,
- START-UP MINDSET: our agile operating method encourages innovation, strengthens team spirit, and increases responsiveness. Moreover, everyone gets to participate in their own way in Meritis’ development by sharing their ideas and points of view.
